- HDHarold Dunlap6 days ago3.0It's McDonald's folks aspect, mediocre food, slow service, long. Wait times they are French. Fries used to be the best thing on a menu now. I can't figure out what's the best thing they have there. Anymore. The quality definitely went down at some of these McDonald's, cleanliness needs to be addressed at some locations.
- LSLarry StevensMar 31, 20265.0This McDonald's on Monroe Street in Toledo has turned around like I didn't think was possible. I have been working in the area for couple years now. I hated coming to this one and have driven past it to go to one much farther away. This morning I walked in and was greeted by a couple of the friendliest (not just McDonald's employees) people I've met in quite some time. I enjoyed the experience. It was so shocking the difference in service that I shook the guys hand and said that I was genuinely happy about the whole experience. Apparently so happy I walked out leaving my phone at the table. Upon returning several hours after that I had searched my car my office the job site and they had found them. And when I got there and asked they made sure they were mine which I was again happy about. Something has changed for the best here. I sincerely hope that whatever it is stays just as is the employees seem happier the customers are happier all the way around great effort by everyone THANK YOU?

The whole inside of the burger was pink and the bun was soggy from what I thought was grease, but could also have been just juice from the undercooked meat. This is my second to last least favorite McDonald's in the Toledo area. The service however was not horrible. On the plus side the fries and the pies were fresh, hot, and delicious.
