  By far the worst McDonald's definitely don't see how this place is still in business. It took 19 minutes for a mcdouble meal deal. Not to mention the 5 purple that came in from the drive thru with complete wrong or missing items.

  I have gotten food here numerous times. My orders are often missing food or made incorrectly. The McDonald's app doesn't allow for correcting these problems. The staff is fairly friendly but clearly they are understaffed.

  I had a issue with my order and I called just to get it cancelled and this black woman was rude from the first word out of her mouth talking to me like I was ruining her day. Simple question needed a simple answer with a professional tone , customer service attitude and a selfless need to make sure the customer was satisfied. Instead she called me a name not sure what but it sounded racist didn't make out what she said cause she didn't speak well mumbled her words a lot so that's probably drug related and then said "That's not my problem" and hung up on me and I tried called back 20 times 20!!! She ignored it every time and sent me to voicemail. I'm calling the people over this store and will find out her name and make sure she gets fired or trained properly cause she's not mcloven it at her job anyways so why should she care. This happened at 11:00 am 3-16-2026

  Not the fastest McDonald's, always gets my order correct (looking at you Glendale/Byrne Rd McD's).
