  I am so disappointed! I as the crew members to her face and asked her " tell me the truth, is any of this fresh?" She said " yes sir, i wouldn't sell you anything that I wouldn't eat." When I got home, I can tell that they just stuck it in the microwave. I agree that this is the worst McDonald's in Toledo. I am calling the their corporate office. I would had let it if she would not have lied!! Ridiculous!

  This was not a good place to stop for breakfast. The woman working the drive through was rude and impatient with me for no reason. They were not even busy at all. She repeatedly asked the same questions about my food multiple times, and I still got the wrong food. What I did get was so salty and over buttered that I didn't even eat all of it. I would choose a better location if I were you.

  Food was absolutely terrible I don’t even wanna go back and get my refund I wanna speak to someone this isn’t acceptable all I got on the burger was tomato’s and hella mayo like who wants that much mayo on their burger completely unacceptable

  Do not bring your kids to play here! It is disgusting! The garbage has stuff leaking out the bottom. There is food all over the floor. It stinks awful. I felt dirty just sitting there, and it is overall gross. The play area looked filthy. Terrible lighting inside there. Literally walked in and said, I'm out! Packed up the kids and left! I don't know if there are words to explain how nasty this place is.

  This is the worst mcdonalds location in Toldeo I came here three times already and the first time I came here it was okay the lady who took my order was really nice and I got my food on time. The second time I come here I was trying to order food again and couldn't because there was only one person working front counter and then the third time I came here their shake machine was down. Im never coming to this location ever again. The workers here do not care about customers. This is not a very good location and i would say if you consider going to mcdonalds avoid this location at all costs.
