I get bunch of tuna subs, extremely dry barely any tuna. I ask for salt and pepper and some hot sauce they told me they don’t have. A whole JJ restaurant that doesn’t have salt and pepper that’s very sad. Extremely disappointed never again

I had a very disappointing experience at this Jimmy John’s location. I ordered a Cuban sandwich without mayo or mustard, but it was made with mustard anyway. I had to drive 20 minutes back to get it corrected, and when I arrived, the staff seemed confused about which sandwich even needed to be remade.
What made the situation worse was the attitude at the counter. One employee was extremely rude, scoffing when I asked for the sandwich to be remade — as if their mistake was somehow an inconvenience to them. They also had a premade “replacement” ready before confirming what I needed, which felt suspicious and didn’t inspire confidence that the issue was actually being fixed.
When I asked for the replacement to be toasted it was treated like a major inconvenience. After already losing time and gas due to their error, the lack of basic courtesy and accountability was really frustrating.
Overall, the service was unprofessional, the order was wrong, and the attitude from staff made the whole experience unnecessarily unpleasant.

Loved the dude and the girl by the register but the girl that gave me my food sucks. She acts like she hates her job and that customers are a bother, she didn't even make my sub right. I wanted to ask if she cut it in half bc it didn't look like it but I held my tounge to not be rude. Then she just set my sub down and started making another one. I asked her if I could have my sub and she was like, did you get the number 12? I didn't ask for my sub for no reason 😭 then she threw an attitude at me when I asked for a fork. And no, it was NOT cut in half. She ruined my whole experience with her attitude and inability to do her job right. I'm not usually a Karen but Jimmy John's used to have AMAZING service and now it seems to always SUCK.

I had the worse experience getting my food. Hiring kids that don't want to work is not good. I walked into the restaurant and wasn't acknowledged until Haley was finished texting whoever. Then I was rushed ordering my food. I had no time to look at the menu or nothing.
There was a different girl making my sandwich which was a rushed and sloppy mess. You pay $3.29 for pasta and the container isn't full. I was given my sandwich in my hand and when I asked for a bag, napkins, and utensils the kids smacked their lips.
Like I just paid for food and don't want to not have it fall out of my hands when I leave. Just terrible. I won't be back to this location. No wonder they have a 3.6 rating.
