- GDGraham DurisJan 20, 20265.0I just had a borderline religious experience eating this burger, I came to the drive-thru at 11:58 thinking they were open til 1am… I asked the gentleman at the drive thru speaker and he told me that they actually close in 1 minute, and I happily declined to order.. I told him I did not want to burden them at the end of a long shift… this man insisted that it was okay and said he knows what it’s like to be hungry on the way from work… so I ordered a burger, a Dave’s double with no ketchup or mustard, and this man, in conjunction with the only other employee closing down the shop tonight, made me a BURGER FROM HEAVEN!! I cannot believe what I just ate, it was everything the ads on tv make you expect but even better… I was going to eat it on the drive home, but after one bite I literally pulled over in a random parking lot and took the time to really enjoy every last bite… this burger my man made for me could have been featured on a menu at a fancy smash burger place in downtown Chicago or something, I’d pay $30 for the pleasure of having that burger again… tell ya what, Monday nights at the Wendy’s on central in Sylvania is where the best burgers are being made. Thank you to these two guys working on MLK jr Monday 2026, seriously this Wendy’s is lucky to have these guys… raises are in order for the these professional gentlemen!!
