We stopped there for lunch and the woman at the drive thru window did not say literally one word to us. Every time she handed us something I said thank you so much, trying to kill her with kindness but she literally did not say one word. After we left the drive thru, we proceeded to eat our food and Every single food item was cold. Almost like it had been sitting there. So we went inside and asked for a refund which then took about 15 minutes and no communication. Notable mentions: there were flies all over, they were out of all cookies, and no potatoes. All in all, there was not one good experience from this place today. As we were leaving the restaurant, someone else from the drive-thru came in with a complaint as well.
