This location used to be my favorite but after being out of their last "normal" sauce for over a week and now I placed an online order to get food for my son and they are out of nuggets? No refund, either an I owe you or something else ... So now my husband gets to eat whatever they give him and I get to move onto plan B on short notice.

Service is beyond slow, ridiculously slow, wait for 5-10 minutes to order, wait about 10 or so minutes for them to take your cash/card, and then have to wait an extra 5-15 minutes for fries that should have been consistently put down as you see your getting busy. Fast food nowadays have turned into half hour waits. Quite ridiculous

I order through the drive-thru and the burger i ordered was cold, not even a little warm, completely cold. I was back on the highway before I opened it. The young man that gave me my order was kind, but got reprimanded from another employee who thought he had made a mistake, which he had not. It was very unprofessional.

So disappointed. First i waited 20 minutes minutes in the drive through just to order. The last 3 times I've got wendys I've asked for no lettuce and each time my burger still came with shredded lettuce. No receipt is given to even attempt to prove it as incorrect on the staffs end of simply not paying attention. I do check the order screen to make sure it's put in correctly. I believe the fountain diet coke needs replaced as it was flat and tasted very watery. And also there was no napkins in the bag. My chicken nuggets were cold. The fries however were both warm and delicious.

Only ones in the drive thru sat there for 10 minutes before they had us pull up to a door while the young workers inside were screwing around and joking instead of getting our food ready! Very unprofessional and the manger was right in on the screwing around also! Will not be going back!
