The young man that gave me my order was kind, but got reprimanded from another employee who thought he had made a mistake, which he had not. It was very unprofessional.

The last 3 times I've got wendys I've asked for no lettuce and each time my burger still came with shredded lettuce. No receipt is given to even attempt to prove it as incorrect on the staffs end of simply not paying attention. I do check the order screen to make sure it's put in correctly. I believe the fountain diet coke needs replaced as it was flat and tasted very watery. And also there was no napkins in the bag. My chicken nuggets were cold. The fries however were both warm and delicious.

Very unprofessional and the manger was right in on the screwing around also! Will not be going back!
