- NNNickOct 17, 20251.0I’m without words at the actions of the employee at this establishment. I went to dine in, and went to use the restroom beforehand. Noticing there was absolutely no toilet paper, I asked the 6 or so employees sitting at a table in the middle of the dining room if they had any, and informed them that they were out. I was advised by a tall individual that he had forgot to order more and needed to and that they were out. I waited for a moment thinking he was joking, that the employees nor public had any available toilet paper for use. He repeated himself at which point I went to leave in disbelief, mentioning that I would add it to my review of this Wendy’s; as for I frequent many and love a chance to leave feedback to improve these places I purchase from. The employee then followed me out, and threatened me that he could do the same to me and write a bad review for the company vehicle I was stepping into in retaliation. Im disgusted with this display of unprofessionalism and childish aggressive behavior in retaliation.
