It's a shame that I've been to probably 100+ locations and outside of spelling my name wrong I haven't had many issues, until I come home to visit Toledo. They need to rebuild the team of staff at this location on Alexis Rd. Couldn't even get a refund because they say "Only the general manager can give refunds". Won't be back to this location.

I go inside all the time at different locations. THERE IS ALWAYS EXTRA SMOOTHIE THEY USUALLY THREW AWAY. If I paid for protein n you are throwing away my extra instead of giving what I already paid for is a huge problem! I even offer to pay for using an extra cup now I’m being told for over a month I can’t get the excess I paid for. So you guys can’t guarantee that my getting all the grams of protein then is completely unreasonable
