- MWMitch W.1 day ago1.0Probably by far the worst service, the girl that was working tonight had a terrible attitude. I will never come back to this location nor will I recommend. Used to come here all the time when the service was decent now it’s terrible. People are on their phones. They have sour faces please hire new people otherwise this place will be going out of business pretty quick based on these reviews.

The two young ladies that attempted to service us need retraining if not fired which I would highly recommend. A young lady by the name of Miley was very helpful.....kudos to you! Thanks for reaching the GM so we could voice our concerns. Bre (GM) I can honestly say that I wouldn't or couldn't recommend this location with this type service. However, you have an opportunity to make it right for someone else moving forward.

- DPDre PearsonNov 29, 20251.0I travel full time and do food reviews. Wasn't reviewing here just stopping for a wrap and smoothie, as I have done all around the country. It's a shame that I've been to probably 100+ locations and outside of spelling my name wrong I haven't had many issues, until I come home to visit Toledo. They need to rebuild the team of staff at this location on Alexis Rd. Couldn't even get a refund because they say "Only the general manager can give refunds". Won't be back to this location.
