  I just visited (March 3, 3026 @ 9 pm) this location… and walked out for extremely bad service. The employee saw me but proceeded to take an order online. Then turned to me and said “I’ll be with you in a minute.” Put some gloves on….still didn’t ask what I’d like to order. Pulled out 3 sheets of paper indicating to me she was about to start making 3 orders she just received online I walked out…it was clearly going to be a lot longer than a minute. You’re inside a truckstop…I’m a trucker….not sure what the subway policy is for this type of situation… but I don’t have time to wait. Especially when I was there first. Do better Subway.

  This is my first time in Ohio, and after about an hour of searching for something to eat @4am, I finally found a place that was actually open — and I’m so glad it was this Subway. First of all, being open 24 hours is a lifesaver. I walked in and was greeted right away. The woman making my sandwich was absolutely awesome — so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely kind. The gentleman working there was very nice as well. As I was leaving, the cashier said, “Goodbye, sweetheart. Have a nice day.” That simple moment really meant a lot. What an amazing atmosphere. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. I wish more places had employees like this. Thank you for making my first food stop in Ohio such a positive experience!

  Would be great is anyone was doing their job. At the counter for 5 minutes. 6 people behind the cash register. No one wanting to make a sandwich. 😅

  Nice kids ,,im sure they try ....hard too.... but ive had 3 shitty subs in a row ...... I mean , I dont know ,im asking ,,is it hard to huck up meatball sub ? Mine , had meatballs,,floating in a hot tub. Of Maranara or whatever er the huck ... your better judgment didn't tell u ..ITS NOT A SOUP 🤷🤷‍♂️
