Also to add they didn't cut the sandwich and we had to remake our subs here at home.

Staff seem to enjoy themselves while on shift and show respect to leadership. The owner has been on-site for a few of my visits and he is friendly and personable with staff and customers, he seems to care about his employees. The sandwiches do not disappoint, they are made in front of you. Any alterations to the meal per your diet are made on the spot without making one feel uncomfortable or like they are a bother. If an ingredient is low or out, staff offer popular substitutions and/or personal recommendations on the fly. Treat people well, get treated well. 10/10
