I added a few extra things to my sub including extra cheese, peppercorn ranch, oregano and parmesean. Imagine my surprise when I open my sub & it's literally just meat and bread. I tried to call the store to report my issue several times & it's clear they ignore the phone. As an Assistant GM of a restaurant for 10+ years, I'd be horrified to EVER serve something of that quality to a customer! You can tell by the quality and lack of effort that whomever is behind that counter does NOT want to work there. This reflects how that store is ran from the employees to the management. I'll be sure to stay FAR away from this subway specifically. Thankfully, DoorDash Support offered me a full refund, I'll be getting my meatball sub from Firehouse Subs.
