We got home and it wasn’t made right. There was lettuce on all of the phillys we bought and missing the banana peppers. We went back to the store and we explain to the male that the subs were wrong. He said there was supposed to be a tag on the bag which made no sense. They had the store closed and he was trying to avoid remaking our food. We were their only customers before they closed early. This is the second time we have had issues at this location. We were turned away while in line stating their computers were down. They closed the door in our face after he said it was their policy that a tag had to be on the bag. This made zero sense as our order was online, they didn’t tag our bag, to no fault of ours if it was their policy. I had to place two orders to get this food and neither of them were right. This store is horrible.
