  My sandwich was awful. I asked for it not be toasted and to have light sauce on it. My sandwich was toasted and covered in sauce to point my bread was soggy. I called the store and asked for a refund. They don’t do refunds and they could remake my sandwich. The only reason I didn’t get a second sandwich is because I found something else to eat. I called the 800 number on the bottom of my receipt but there’s no option to talk to a customer service representative to potentially get a refund or some other compensation.

  Around 5:45 pm I was there to order subs for 2 adult sandwiches and 2 kids meal. Since am deaf, I wrote on small note with easy instructions on what I wanted. Apparently both staffs there doesn't know how to read and/or follow the written instructions that I literally had to talk with sign language and explain what I wrote on the note. Smh. Also, I asked for specific toppings for each kids sandwiches, and she didn't follow the instruction that we literally had to fix the sandwiches for kids to eat them. The store need to hire people who knows how to read and follow written instructions!

  No real customer service. No communication. Some mumbling but 2 ppl that either hated their job, each other or us lol. Will go somewhere else next time

  Been ordering the same sandwich for 37 years!!! and I prefer extra lettuce, I don't put much else on the darn sandwich, the man goes to reach down to pick up more lettuce and then right before he puts it on the sandwich...he stops and puts it back and says "he can't put any more lettuce on there something about the boss has been yelling at them about portion control" and I says well don't worry I'll pay extra! And then he says he still can't do that blah blah blah and I says well look I'm just trying to get out of here we already had two sandwiches made, mine was the last one. I'm with two other people I'm like why can't you simply make the sandwich how I always make the sandwich for 37 years now😡😡😡 so I couldn't get my sandwich it was simply wasted and the lady working with him sitting there going to argue with me the whole time and blah blah blah and start trying to explain it to the person I'm with and I'm like don't make a whole thing about this let me just pay for the two sandwiches you already made so we can get out of here. She standing there continuing to argue pointing to a sign with a phone number on it and telling me to leave the store and I'm like you haven't even ring me up for the two sandwiches yet And I was left without my sandwich. We even offered to purchase "a side of lettuce" if they couldn't put more on it and again they refused
