Our waitress was very nice. You could tell that she was new, but still did a great job. I had to wait for bread. Ordered a blooming onion. blooming onion came out still no bread. Waited about 35 minutes. After our appetizer and salads was served for our main entrees. My 20 oz and bone ribei was ordered medium rare. Was served cold an was cooked mediumwell, too well, little to no pink. Had to wait in additional 15 minutes To have it recooked. My wife got a side of shrimp. The shrimp was way over seasoned. She has had their shrimp many times and has always loved it. The manager did comp twenty dollars off of our bill. Our family loves outback it was very unfortunate and I hope this was just a bad day. I will not return to this location but i've always had good experience with with the other location.

We got shrimp app, ribeyes and potatoes and French onion soup. Child got Mac and cheese and fries. Steaks were blackened, potatoes and shrimp were good, French onion soup was tasteless and not enough cheese, and bread was ok. Wait time between app and dinner was looooooooong. And it was an overpriced meal ($134 with 18% tip) Lydia our server was nice and took off the soup. Prefer Texas Roadhouse for sure!!

I had a great after New Years lunch with my husband , we had appetizers, burgers and margarita. He had the Wallaby drink. Yummy! We had wonderful table service with a quickness. On the way out the door, I asked the hostess about the Koala bears everywhere. She gave us each one. How sweet 😍 Thanks for lunch Outback.

We have been dining at this location for several years, but recently move a good distance away. We have been here twice this year, and today, Dec 10th, we were both very disappointed. First the bread was very hard on top and it has always been warm and soft. The 6 oz sirloin was chewy and we were never offered a second loaf of bread and it took a while to get a refill on our drinks which were $3.99 for a lemonade or soda. The price went way up also, as we were before for lunch and always under $40, but today over $50 and to be honest the food was poor enough that we will not return.

The last time we went there the restaurant was mostly empty. But for some reason they set us right by the back door to the kitchen and also next to a loud table of screaming kids. This was supposed to be date night for my wife and I. After about 20 minutes nobody came to our table and we had a wander around the restaurant looking for a manager. They did apologize and gave us a free dessert but it wasn't really free since the item we ordered came with dessert. The food was decent but the service was terrible. Now we know why the restaurant was mostly empty we will be going to Texas Roadhouse from now on. We will never be back to this Outback!
