A lot(not all) of the employees are very rude there’s been multiple occasions where they’ve been snobby through the headset or literally don’t say one word to me when giving food / drinks then soon as I get it the door is slammed shut in my face before I can even say anything. Not to mention this is the second time in a row where I have received my pops with NO ice or even straws without a warning.

When I received my food they forgot the sauce for the nuggets and my cheeseburger had no onion and only ketchup. Come on now. It's not that hard to read a screen and fulfill an order with only 2 items! Very disappointing!!

- AAAnthonyDec 6, 20251.0Men's bathroom was disgusting, there were no Dividers between the urinals, staff never acknowledged my coworker who was standing at the counter trying to pay. On top of all that the back of the restaurant was filled with smoke, employees showed no sense of urgency despite the number of orders on the screen and multiple workers would walk into the lobby to talk and the manager had to keep coming out to get them to do their job.
