I sent husband back for the missing nuggets which was all they replaced in my honest opinion the whole order should’ve been replaced because it all should’ve been taken out of the cabinets and put on the waist list anyways that’s how old it was this always happens on the night shift because it’s a bunch of kids and if you say anything you get nothing but attitude and disrespect and then question what they may have done to it if you try to say anything and have it replaced location needs more responsable adults on night shift that will hold staff accountable and take pride in there quality food and customer service. Sincerely, a very disappointed McDonald’s customer

One of the female employees just locked the door in my face without so much as a sideways glance! The other female employee, working the drive thru, was only slightly less rude. Some of the most disrespectful and miserable people I've had the misfortune of coming across. Avoid this McDonalds at all costs!
- YFYori FordDec 3, 20251.0Never ordering from this McDonald's again. Seems like every time we order from this one, there's something missing or wrong. Tonight, for delivery, we ordered 3 meals. Somehow, we got 3 drinks and no meal. And one of the drinks was the wrong size. The dasher was nice enough to go back to the restaurant and recover the rest of the order but when he brought back the food, which he was assured was the rest of the order, it was still missing a kids meal. I went to the restaurant and when I got there, the lady I spoke to about my order seemed to be annoyed, but it's not really my fault that you guys can't make sure orders are getting out the door correctly. We have had multiple instances of this happening, so we're done. This seems to be a consistent issue with this store.
