- KSKaite SondysSep 19, 20251.0Such a terrible experience this morning I waited 30 minutes for my food and got the wrong order twice was not greeted by anyone and when I finally got my food I was given the wrong coffee and my bag looked like they let it sit there collecting grease everyone behind me got their food before me when I ordered first and my order wasn't that hard or big of an order the lady with red hair was very disrespectful and I told them multiple times what my order was an kept getting they are working on it it doesn't take 30 minutes for some hash browns and two sausages I work in the customer service industry as well and I have never left a bad review anywhere I get places get busy but while your actively ignoring a customer and helping everyone around them and messing up two different times and still not even getting the order right is not ok after I was given the last order I just gave up the staff is so rude and unhelpful even the people that ordered after me were not happy with the service they were getting
