The code for free drink displayed on screen. Went to get my food and no drink. I asked for it and they said its not showing so I asked for a refund and the manager said no they dont do that. I brought the food inside and asked for her name and store number and she refused to give the info even as I was on the phone with corporate. Corporate asked me to ask her for info and the manager said nothing. I left the food because you can eat without a drink. This mcdonald's robbed me of $8, everything is on camera

When she saw the receipt, she realized she was definitely wrong but still continued to argue and said that she only had one on the counter. I am short a snack wrap and I did not want to make a fuss because I am not the type of customer to cause a scene. This is the same mcdonalds I went to about a year ago and found a hair embedded in the actual patty of a cheeseburger.
