  I debated whether I was gonna do this review or not because I thought it would be petty at first, but I literally get mad every time I think about it. I usually don’t go to McDonald’s for anything no more but yesterday we were craving a shamrock shake and I know better then to go to the one that’s by my house ( Manhattan ) because no mater what you ask for with icecream the machine is somehow always mysteriously down. So I drive to this one ( E Alexis Rd ) I order 1 cheeseburger plain a small fry and 3 shamrock shakes. They handed me the food and said I have to pull u up and we’ll bring out your shakes I sat for 7 minutes waiting for the 3 shakes. Get home we take our first drinks and it literally tasted like drinking toothpaste ( all 3 were thrown out ) mind u I don’t usually drink them so the dark green color didn’t throw me off. So today my sons still wanted a shamrock shake I went back to the same McDonald’s I explained to her how bad they were last night she said “ I can do half vanilla and half shamrock “ I said if you can’t adjust the mint flavoring that’s fine. Welp I get home and they were still so strong and nasty that those 3 were thrown out as well and at this point I feel like I just handed McDonald’s my money and got nothing in return. I know it’s just a shake but I work hard for my money and when I buy something whether it’s $15 or $150 I expect it to be worth it !!!!! This is now a McDonald’s that I will no longer go to for anything ……

  I grew up eating McDonald's. This is nothing like I'm use to. First, it's extremely expensive for what it is. The servers act like your a bother to them. You use a kiosk to order and then you wait and wait and wait. What baffled me was I was the only one ordering food. The food itself was pretty good. However I doubt that I will be back.

  Don’t ever go to this McDonald’s. Went at 9:15 pm, 3 people working only 2 cars in the drive thru and waited 20+ minutes. We had 2 online orders and they made us pull around once for each order and ended up waiting 20 more minutes. Must have seen 6 other cars drive up and we finally get to get our order and there’s no BBQ or sweet and sour sauce. Really what are we doing here guys? I could’ve went to a restaurant and got a whole meal

  There was yelling and shadow boxing going on in the restaurant around 11pm. Lady taking orders rude, took like 10 mins to show up to the window. Took the card, another 5 mins go by. More yelling and hollering, idk. Get the food, go home and fries and stale and cold. Gets two stars because im not longer hungry and ate it anyways, but im still disappointed.

  Worst customer service I've seen long long waits food isn't even hot after waiting 10 minutes I've been at the drive thru speaker and noone answered 6 cars waiting 10 minutes went by drove to the window hide and seek . I'll go hungry before I give these guys the satisfaction of screwing me over again
