Caution Door Dashers… this location is notorious for taking a long time giving you door dash orders. They’ll have you wait for 20-40 minutes. They’re not organized and cost you time/money and make the clients wait a long time for their food.

You never really expected the best service from McDonald's if we're being honest, but some of them outshine others when it comes to terrible customer service and this is definitely one of them. I waited in line over a half an hour today for food and got up to the window after placing and paying for the order to be told that they did not have the items that I ordered. Save yourself a headache and don't go here if you don't have to.

Had a mobile order. Got sent to the spot for waiting in the drive through. Waiting for 20 mins to find out they gave my order to someone else. Went back through the drive through just for them to mess up 3 of my 4 item's. The breakfast tasted bad to. Avoid this mcdonald's

The place is okay. However occasionally some of the staff can be rude during rush hour(eg, not fully listening to your order/ being snobbish when you mention the error) and sometimes they mess up orders even after going over it during the order stage. Eg, cheese when you say no cheese. However, overall it is a decent place.

You go to McDonald's nowadays and expect mediocre service and overpriced food. I go there and expect a mess now. I work nearby this location and so I occasionally go here for lunch. Every single time I have been here, I regret it. Every time. Either I have to wait for almost my entire break to even order or get my food which is usually cold. Every drink I get is overfilled and makes a sticky mess of my car once I grab it. The people at the window typically throw your food at you and make you feel bad for even ordering. Most of the time my fries are either cold or have the texture of a cold raw potato, and nuggets like they have been sitting out for a long while. I can not recommend going to ANY other location than this one. The number of health and policy violations here is crazy. The number of times they have made me feel bad as a customer is crazy. Three individual times as well, the man at the window would tell me my order did not go through on the app, but my bank would disagree as well as my app. Then I call customer service and they said it went through fine. So then I have to redo my order with the very disrespectful man at the window and can now not get the app discount because it think I already have an order. Even when I was charged, have a code, verified the address, and more. It is ridiculous how bad this location is. Management needs to step in and actually do their jobs here. There is a reason there are very very limited positive reviews.
