And looking through the other reviews, this is a constant problem, so I don’t blame the employees, I blame whoever is in charge of scheduling and staffing because you clearly need more people to juggle the responsibilities of the morning. When I did receive service, the young man was polite and helpful and apologetic for the wait. But he was also clearly overwhelmed with trying to multitask.

- CRChirlinn RolleDec 29, 20255.0I love Krispy Kreme however the service is poor doesn't surprise me at at all,majority of fastfood in Ohio service is poor.At Krispy I normally use the drive through and at times there is never no line however one has to be calling out for a staff to answer and when they do answer its as if u are bothering them.Moreover they never smile and never ever say thank you have a nice day.I recall my husband and I had to call corporate to complain after experiencing the bad service to many times. Only good thing that came out of that was we got a dozen free donuts I have sinced stop going the service is to terrible .I come from a place where service is top tier so bad service is something I find detestable

So impressed I tried to give them a 10 dollar tip. They refused it. I said do want with it. They said not allowed to take tips. Left it and said we'll give it to a charity. I would not take it back. So much great service.

Every time I’ve tried to go there over the past year there are always many employees but either no one will talk to you on the drive thru unless you talk first, or when they do they sound annoyed, or when you get to the window they’ll ignore you and just talk to each other. Last night i watched the clock and was six minutes without acknowledgment, all I wanted was a dozen original. I assume they’re getting grocery store orders ready and just don’t care about customers or their jobs at all. It’s the only Krispy Kreme in the city and I love their fresh donuts so it’s a shame it’s not worth going there.
