    I went to Fresh Thyme this morning, around 10:02 hours. 2/11/2026 It was the one on Monroe Street near Talmadge in Toledo, Ohio. I walked in, grabbed myself a cart, and went straight up to the fish' section where I had planned on purchasing a couple of pounds of "fresh fish". No other customers were at the counter as I arrived. I noticed a gentlemen behind the glass. I saw him when he glanced out towards me, and turned his self away without coming out from behind the glass and properly greeting me or saying anything at all. A second man appeared and did the same thing. I saw each one look towards me. I was standing right in front of the fish counter. They both saw me. I waited. I even looked for a bell to ring for service. I noticed a lady from the other section to my right as I was facing the counter, watching. She even came out from where she was briefly and glanced over to where I was waiting for the "customer service" which I did not receive. It seemed as if she was trying to see if someone was there who was able to assist me A customer approached the area where she was at working and she attended to them. I waited a couple of more minutes, still watching the gentlemen through the glass, with the expectation of someone greeting and providing customer service. That did not happen. So I took my cart right back to the entrance and left it where I originally got it from, and I left the store completely. I myself, am a customer service representative. I believe in excellent customer service. As soon as I see a customer approaching, I immediately ask them how can I help or assist them. That did not happen for me this morning. Therefore, I gave a one star rating. Thank you so much for listening. Have a great day. Respectfully.
