I've got no problem paying for it but I don't drink soda. They won't give out water at this store as a paying customer. Never going back. We went here as a family every other week. Never again.

I received my order and realized I had been given the wrong burger so I took it to the counter to get it corrected. The team was super helpful and apologetic for it and went right away to remake my order how it was to be. I was also unexpectedly given a 10 dollar gift card as compensation. Would definitely bring my service back
- BLBob LydyDec 28, 20251.0Ordered 2 single burgers one mustard only one mayo and lettuce , and one small fries they put about 1/2 jar of mustard on each side of the first one and the lettuce was brown and slimy on the second one both had way too much mustard and too much mayo. They omitted my small fries and went back to get them and was told I would have to pay for the fries “Boss” that they forgot to charge me for. Won’t be going back to this location even though I’m a regular customer at the Maumee location

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
