I received my order and realized I had been given the wrong burger so I took it to the counter to get it corrected. The team was super helpful and apologetic for it and went right away to remake my order how it was to be. I was also unexpectedly given a 10 dollar gift card as compensation. Would definitely bring my service back

Today I came to pickup my order and am delighted by how they have welcomed me and offered anything that would make me welcomed. I have to mention Thomas who was very customer focused.

They omitted my small fries and went back to get them and was told I would have to pay for the fries “Boss” that they forgot to charge me for. Won’t be going back to this location even though I’m a regular customer at the Maumee location

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Our veggie sandwich is not a veggie burger, but truthfully, it can be a mix of whatever you'd like. Choose any combination of our condiments and add cheese for an additional cost.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
