  We went last year for the first time. Food was amazing, atmosphere was relaxed and the staff was friendly. You'll pay alot but you get alot.

  Very rude manager! I don’t understand how she gets away with speaking and treating people the way she does while still keeping that job. Definitely not ever going here again. Carma will find you lady. With the prices of this place you think you would be receiving professional service but it was the complete opposite. I’m not wasting my money in an establishment like this!

  I am so very disappointed to visit my favorite place that I’ve been hundreds of times. I am an owner club member and I typically enjoy the Final Cut steakhouse at Toledo Casino. However, tonight, a lady named Trisha, at the host desk, changed that for me and my husband. She aggressively approached me over availability at the bar with one barstool. She got in my face and called me liar about my husband joining me when she clearly misunderstood that I said two people, not one. Either way, this was such horrible Customer Service and I have never seen anything like that. I am a business owner, and I would be appalled if any of my employees spoke to a patron like that. I will never visit this establishment again.

  Our first time at the casino and at Final Cut. The Wagyu flight was absolutely amazing! Especially the A5. Everything was fantastic. Cannot wait to return to try some of the other things they offer.

  This place is getting 5 stars for one reason...the main event...the steak. Its right on par with most high end steakhouses when it comes to the general experience. The staff is great, the servers and hostesses are all amazing the drinks and appetizers are delicious. The real star of the show is the meat. Let's start with the lamb lollipops. Great appetizer nothing over the top but very delicious lamb chops. The pork belly was good too. The steaks we ordered were the aged ny strip and the ribeye. The NY was cooked perfectly medium rare it was tender and flavorful. I didn't get any or the expected aged "funky flavor" usually associated with a dry aged steak. Our server said it was aged 42 days, I'm going to guess it was more like 7 to 10. Regardless I loved it. It was melt in your mouth perfect. The ribeye, now that was what blew my mind. Again cooked perfectly, tender and juicy. It was basted in something that took it to another level. It was absolutely the best restaurant ribeye I've ever had. I've had ever high end steak Vegas has to offer and that ribeye was king. So unexpected from an establishment in Toledo. I'd love to hear about the chef. He must be someone extremely passionate about what he does. I'll definitely be back.
