Absolutely horrible first time experience. My boyfriend and I were sat about 530. Our waitress was not very friendly at all. By 720 we still had not received our main dishes, was told it would be checked on and heard nothing. The party of 4 who had been there less than half hour had ordered and receiced their food in the mean time. After having to get up to find someone as our waitress that was checking never returned, we were informed the kitchen had somehow missed our ticket. Once the food came out, one steak was very under cooked, and the side dishes were cold. Very disappointing as it's supposed to be a "high scale" establishment.

My wife and I enjoyed a Christmas Eve meal at Final Cut. This was not our first time and as usual our dinner was spectacular. We both had NY strip steaks which were cooked to perfection. I tried the French onion soup for the first time and it was very good. I understand that it can be pricey but it is a fabulous place for that special occasion

The food was awful. This is Applebee’s quality at a Las Vegas price point. Steaks were chewy and clearly a low quality. Mac and cheese had a hair in it! It was the first restaurant my wife and I left that was so bad we actually felt violated . The food also took a really long time. All in all a terrible experience, that we wasted hundreds of dollars on. We only hope with this review we will save someone else from making the same mistake. Eat before going to the casino. This restaurant will ruin your night.

I wanted to share feedback from our recent visit on Saturday evening, when we celebrated a birthday with a party of seven.
Unfortunately, the experience fell well short of our expectations. Despite booking in advance and specifically requesting to be seated together for the occasion, we were informed that the tables could not be joined. While we appreciate being told this at the time of reservation, it was still disappointing that no effort was made to accommodate a birthday celebration of that size, especially as the restaurant did not appear to be at full capacity.
More concerning was the extremely slow service throughout the evening. After ordering, we waited approximately 1.5 hours for our main courses to arrive. In comparison, we have dined at similarly upscale establishments (such as Ruth’s Chris and various chop houses) on busy Saturday nights and never experienced waits anywhere near this length. Because of the delay, several side dishes arrived barely warm.
When I raised these concerns with the manager, the response focused solely on the pre-warning about seating and showed little acknowledgment or apology for the unacceptable delay in food service.
While the steaks themselves were cooked properly and flavorful, the overall pacing and lack of urgency from both the kitchen and front-of-house team significantly detracted from what should have been a special celebration. Regrettably, we will not be returning for future special occasions and would hesitate to recommend the restaurant for larger parties or time-sensitive events.
Thank you for taking the time to read this feedback. I hope it proves useful in improving the experience for future guests.
