  Great options amongst food and cocktails, went for a dinner and tried a few cocktails, their Texas LIIT is super good. Tacos for entrees were great after loading up on nachos with fresh guacamole and salsa.

  Chips could be less browned and more fine salt on them. Excellent salsa.

  We LOVED this restaurant, but unfortunately will never return. Expansive menu and food was always great. It’s our son’s favorite restaurant and his birthday dinner choice each year. Last year, we reserved the upper deck seating area for his birthday. It was $150 for 2 hours. Full family with multiple little kids and everyone was happy! We were able to order off the menu and fully enjoy our evening. For our son’s 18th birthday, I called to book again. This time I was told a quoted fajita bar was required on top of the $150 rental fee. I politely declined and explained that our party of 30 would not want fajitas, especially with little kids. I also felt financially responsible for the fajita bar had it been a forced dinner. The manager told me he would speak to the owner in hopes of allowing us an open menu. The response from the owner: Your rental fee is now $250, due 5 days in advance, open menu is approved but all must be on one bill with an added 20% service fee (not gratuity). This is incredibly disappointing as I was trying to avoid a chaotic situation with 30 people arriving to this restaurant on a Saturday night to be seated. This owner is clearly greedy and unwilling to work with customers, especially forcing ONLY fajitas for dinner. Our son is disappointed. We are disappointed. We will no longer be in support of this establishment.

  The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about my gluten allergy and made sure I was not going to have an issue. The service was quick and staff was very nice. Food was delicious. Large multistory restaurant and has outside seating.

  Vaqueros is ALWAYS a solid choice when you have a hankering for some good food. I am loyal to vaqueros bc vaqueros is loyal to me.
