He explained there was critical short staffing with delivery drivers and had to pull from other stores. Which is understandable, and frustrating as someone who also works in food service. They gave me a coupon to be used in the future and my food finally arrived shortly after, about 20 minutes after getting my food I heard a knock on the door and it was my delivery driver again. They sent me a repeat of my order at no charge! Was the wait time longer than what was expected? Yes, but they went above and beyond to not only communicate what their situation was but to fix it for me too!
