  We went there for a company event. Rented their party rooms for the event. Great over the top service! Food was amazing, never was without a drink, and they checked in regularly to make sure we had everything. Love the upgraded small party game rooms and the new games that were added. Bathrooms were not the best kept up with but overall I had a great experience. Oh and try to get Halo new missions, awesome game but those have been around forever. Thanks again!

  It's a fun place to go but definitely on the pricier side. Last time I went I purchased the flat rate for 1 hour of limited play. I wouldn't recommend that option for a couple of reasons. One being you have to wait a certain amount seconds between swipes and the seconds varied between 10 and 25. So, it made it difficult to play a two player game. The second being, you're only allowed to earn 1,500 tickets. The price of per each prize was ridiculous too.

  Our experience was pretty terrible to say the least. We had made a reservation 3 days in advance. Our reservation was at 6:30 pm. We arrived 10 minutes early and when we checked in, we were told we'd have to wait 45 minutes for our table. We waited an hour and still hadn't heard anything. We checked back in and was told that they couldn't seat us yet and they couldnt give us a time for how much longer we'd have to wait. So we left to eat somewhere else....

  So we had a really fun time. The games were fun. Our whole family enjoyed it. Our server at our table was fantastic. Almost everyone we met was really nice. As we were leaving I did try to inquire about a potential birthday party for one of our children. Just pricing and reccomendations. We were already there. The host seemed very annoyed and told me to look online and figure it out basically. So that was stressful after spending over $400 for 3 people. We would absolutely come back though. Maybe not for anything other than regular play.

  my boyfriend and i REALLY TRIED to enjoy our valentines here. we drove 20 minutes out of our way to come here. mind you NOBODY is expecting to be ID'd at dave and busters! a freakin arcade! we walk in, immediately asked to see our IDs. i didn't have mine, and i told the officer that i had a clear full picture of my ID BECAUSE NOBODY IS EXPECTING TO GET ID'D AT AN ARCADE! he tells us he cannot accept a picture, annoying, but we still drove 20 minutes back home to grab my ID. finally after FORTY MINUTES OF DRIVING we get back to dave and busters just for the officer to take a 1 second glance at our IDs. so cool the 40 minute drive was for nothing. amazing. we are already aggravated and annoyed about this whole ID situation, we tried to get some food and we were expecting some sort of wait but when the hostess told us it was an hour and a half wait, we were baffled. i counted seven open and cleaned, perfectly fine tables with nobody sitting in them. that's bs. why couldn't they tell us the wait time when we got ID'd?? but the hostess tells us that we can sit at the bar and order food. my boyfriend asks her if we need to be 21 to sit there because we are under 21. the hostess tells us that we are allowed to sit there regardless if we are above or under 21. okay cool. we find a seat at the bar and almost immediately a bartender asks if we are 21. why?! i thought it was fine. we tell him no we are not 21 but just wanted to order food. he tells us it's against company policy to sit at a bar if we are under 21. so great now we 100% cannot get food from dave and busters and we are 100% not in the mood to give them any of our money anymore.
