- SSSunshinefirefox5 days ago1.0Ordered food in the drive-thru, whoever was working didn't give us a receipt until we had to ask, and when I attempted to redeem for my points (for a $30 order) was unable to because I can only assume the workers cashed in my points from my order. That's absolutely unbelievable and rude, and workers need to be reprimanded for not only asking if the customer would like Their Receipt for Their Order but also cashing in a customer's points! (I even made sure by going through Dairy Queen to see if I could get my points but was told they were already cashed in). Unlikely to ever visit this location again if this is how customers are treated.

My grandpa used to take me to the old fashion ones since I could remember, I will never ever be spending money with this company again! Because of the way these two young goofy girls treated me. I came to Dairy Queen about a week ago and they never flipped my blizzard, I said sir sorry you didn’t flip my blizzard and the young boy at the window was super nice and went and handed me a TOKEN, said to come back to this location for a FREE BLIZZARD. I tried to redeem that today , they come back to the window stating it’s for a free cone ???????? Like huh ??? Yall gave me the token 😂😂😂😂 so that’s going to be $11 and some change for your order ? I’m confused, the two young girls have the WORST attitudes of anybody who’s ever worked at Dairy Queen before. So I took pictures of them and I am going to be reporting to general management , corporate and whoever they escalate me to because people literally don’t want to be nice at customer service anymore it’s crazy it’s like having respect for customers and understanding isn’t required? Young people make it so hard so go get food because they hate their jobs. Then one of them proceeded to say go home to your kids your old, first off I’m 26 and have no kids 😂😂😂😂 so yeah I hope they got all this on camera so I can post it ! Hopefully they both lose their jobs ! Need to learn to watch they mouths in the real world, they won’t get far in life.

Diary Queen used to use shredded lettuce on the burgers, this location used chopped lettuce, not as good as the shredded lettuce used to be. The staff were friendly and efficient, good staff, down the drain food.
