    Ordered online and got food delivered from this location. I don’t know how their customer service is in person. I found a bug in My chicken bowl I ordered online though. I immediately threw it away and got a refund for my order. That’s just unacceptable

    I came in today and they’re were about five people all just standing around and talking no one came to help once. They had this poor girl doing all the orders by herself while they all talked about their life dramas. This poor girl kept asking for help yet no one would help her so I ended up waiting five minutes before being helped mind you there was only one other person in front of me. I don’t know who the manager was, but the customer service was honestly terrible. I don’t know what these workers are on but where I work customers always come first and conversations later. I don’t know who the girl was that helped but she was very helpful and again I feel bad that she was doing all the work while the rest of her team just sat there and watched. As someone who works customer service, I would never put my conversation in front of a customer. Again this is one of the worst customer service chipotles I have been too.
