The employees stayed in the back for 5 minutes without addressing the customers and finally came out and said that they were out of at least 4 ingredients, including hot salsa and rice. How do you run out of rice? Poor planning from Chipotle means I'll never go back to that location. I've experienced this before and it's super frustrating to wait in line to be told they can't make you what you want. Additionally, the employees were not very sympathetic about it. Maybe because it happens so frequently, they're used to it, but they need remedial training on how to provide adequate customer service. Apparently a lost skill.
