We get sent to pick it up when the system tells us to, and we’re given a time window — that’s it. So the rude attitude and disrespect when I walk in to pick up an order is completely uncalled for. I’ve picked up food before that was clearly sitting there for a long time, and the driver gets treated like it’s our fault. On top of that, while I was standing there waiting, employees were talking trash and I could literally hear it. That’s unprofessional and disrespectful as hell. If you have an issue, say it with your chest — don’t run your mouth behind the counter like customers and drivers aren’t standing right there. The whole crew had a nasty attitude, zero customer service, and acted like helping was a problem. Do better.
