  Food was good, people were friendly, bathroom was disgusting -which was the whole reason my sister and I stopped there in the first place! If it wasn’t for us needing to use it so bad, we definitely would’ve went somewhere else and only ate there, because that’s where we stopped to use the bathroom. Night manager was very nice. Staff was nice, too. We’ve gone to this one several times before during the day. That ‘s why we stopped there, and the bathroom was always clean. So, I definitely think it’s getting a bit neglected at night.

  Visited 12/30/25. All my food was luke warm yet just made. Original chicken sandwich the bun was extremely hard to the point i had to throw it away and just eat the chicken, the mayo and lettuce seemed old so I wiped both off with a napkin and the cheese i had added was half off the sandwich and didn't look like the normal cheese it was really thin and tasteless. My bacon cheeseburger was extremely greasy to the point half the bun was wet with grease and had to be torn off and thrown away, barely had any ketchup the burger looked burnt and old, threw half or more away, it tasted that bad. Fries were okay but not hot. Stomach was upset after eating there. Staff seemed friendly and I didn't wait long. The drive-thru window was extremely dirty and I can only imagine the inside of the restaurant. Need better management and employees, I see why there's rarely any cars going here despite being in a location that's busy. Won't be back to this location for awhile.

  Slow, people are nice but it's terribly managed or understaffed. I typically smell weed at this location as well. In the drive through, there is no way to bail out if they're taking forever. It's better to go to the one by the Kohls on Monroe than this location. Food is sometimes hot, sometimes cold.

  I just left there, the workers are awesome but my order is always wrong by the time I get home, yes I should check but with hungry kids, no time, they're just ready to eat, and I thought maybe they'd get it right considering I was the only one in line.
