By all means, but ALL THE TIME? Oh Houston, we have a problem. This morning, I was picking up an order and asked to use the restroom. I was told, "I don't have public restrooms."Say what now? Since when? Especially because I pick up at this location quite often. So you know my face and know that I'm working just like you. What's changed in the last few days? Even if this morning had never happened, why have a funky attitude ALL THE TIME? Now granted, there are people there who are very pleasant at times, but the manager morning (whose name I'll leave out) was funky and she always is. It's nothing new, as previously stated. Let's get it together people. Good customer service is MUY IMPORTANTE!

Had no issues any other time but this time both my husbands burger and chicken sandwich were missing, he was given half a milkshake, my chicken sandwich had mayo and lettuce on it when I checked the boxes to have it taken off, and I didn’t receive any of the zesty sauces I ordered and I ordered at least 3.

It was 8: 45 when I got in line with 4 other cars . After 10 minutes the car ahead of me pulled out of line and left . So I pulled to the order speaker . Sat there another 10 minutes as other cars started to leave . No one asked for my order yet . I beeped my horn. No response. Other cars started beeping also as the left . So I pulled around and looked in drive through window . Two people standing around doing nothing . I beeped my horn for 30 seconds . The people working inside had their backs to the window . Would not even acknowledge we were there . I called and got a woman on the phone . I asked her what was going on there . She immediately got upset and started yelling at me , asking my name and yelling at me and said that I need to respect her . I told her she needed to show respect to her customers . But I don't think she heard me . Because she was to busy screaming over the phone at me . Lol . If they hate their jobs , they should quit.
