So I say “hello” just to get some type of acknowledgment, and all I get is, “Can you give me a second?” If you needed a second, you should’ve said that from the beginning — not after leaving a customer hanging. Then you make me wait almost 10 minutes, and don’t even bother coming back. Not a “sorry for the wait,” not a “hold on,” nothing. This is supposed to be fast food, but there’s zero urgency, zero communication, and clearly zero professionalism. And before anyone makes excuses — there was NO ONE in the drive-thru and NO ONE inside. The whole store was empty. So what exactly are y’all doing besides not working? It’s lazy, messy, unprofessional, and unacceptable. If this is how Burger King runs its stores now, it’s no wonder the quality keeps dropping. Do your job.

By all means, but ALL THE TIME? Oh Houston, we have a problem. This morning, I was picking up an order and asked to use the restroom. I was told, "I don't have public restrooms."Say what now? Since when? Especially because I pick up at this location quite often. So you know my face and know that I'm working just like you. What's changed in the last few days? Even if this morning had never happened, why have a funky attitude ALL THE TIME? Now granted, there are people there who are very pleasant at times, but the manager morning (whose name I'll leave out) was funky and she always is. It's nothing new, as previously stated. Let's get it together people. Good customer service is MUY IMPORTANTE!
