    I’ve never gone out my way to write a negative review but here we are. When going through the drive-through tonight with my fussy baby and my husband, the person taking our money was slow and it took over 10 minutes to take our card to pay for our order. we were very frustrated because we wanted to get home as soon as possible with our child. When going to the second window to retrieve our food, the guy at the window asked us to go park and wait. At that point my husband said no and asked for a refund instead. The guy smacked his lips and went to go get a manager. The manager refused to come and continued packing orders. The guy then continued to give us food which we didn’t want anymore. When he was about to give us all of the food, my husband politely told him we do not want the food anymore and want a refund. The guy argued with my husband and said but here’s your food- to which again my husband said we do not want anymore. The guy then grabbed the manager again to which she stomped her feet to the back and gave us a refund. She coldly told us to have a blessed day. To top it all off the guy asked for the food back which I believe is an OSHA food contamination violation but hey we gave it back willingly. The manager was rude and cold, the staff were terrible and rude. I’ve worked food service before and it’s not hard to take cash or pack orders nonetheless being kind and apologizing for the wait as we had a crying infant in the back. Do better BK

    Hands down best BK ever!!! Very efficient with orders , and everyone i come encounter with is so nice and friendly. Special shout-out to two amazing strong women who run the front at all times when I show up , I did catch one name vida and I was not able to catch the other GM name that is always so.kind to me . But shout-out to you ladies and the crews you run you guys are amazing . Keep up the great work !!!

    I had a coupon where two small coffees was involved. Instead of a coffee I asked, can I please have a small drink. I go to that Burger King all the time. Never had an issue substituting a small coffee for a small drink with any Burger King. Whoever was the manager today, October 9 at 9:50 AM should be fired. To be that mean an argumentative over a small cup is ridiculous. I was left without a drink and unsatisfied. I thought Burger King was having it your way

    The food came out pretty quick and it was tasty. They got my order exact and they said you rule. and the nice lady told to have a nice and blessed day.

    I waited in the drive through line for a mobile order, pickup time said 7:54, I received my order at 8:28. I can understand slow order times but 30 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me is a bit much
