  I went in and ordered 30.00 worth and got my hamburger that was cold and hard so I took it up to cou ter and asked if they would cook me another one. They threw a hamburger in the fryer oil and gave it to me with the same cold hard bun I gave them back with my first sandwich complaining about how cold and hard it was. I nicked a piece out of the bun and got the same one back with a hamburger that I didn't open for about 3-5 minutes as it sat in front of me as I finished my work on computer. When I took a bite I scorched my mouth and throat and the girl said they cook the burgers in the fryer grease. Ive never heard of that before, but my burger had squirming hot liquid coming out of it that after 3-5 minutes sitting it still burned my mouth horribly. I have children to take care of and a job plus I run a household and went to emergency dept after it happened they gave me ice pack while I waited to be seen. This has been the most vindictive mean thing that's happened to me out for dinner up until now and im over 50. Thats saying alot. The young mean girl laughed at me when I had tears coming down my face asked for ice to cool my burns. I am not sure what I could of done differently knowing I didn't want any problems with spit etc. Put in my burger so I was soft and kind and gentle when asking for a replacement but it was obvious the burger was cold and hard intentionally and when I asked for a new fresh one they put it in grease or in microwave and took the skin off of mouth and throat. Godbless everyone of you. Even the ones that did it. I am not angry I prayed for them. I love all humans and dont u derstand. Thanks for reading my post and beware if you go their and your the wrong color, shape or size....you might get burnt too or worse. Just pay attention and be mindful. Godbless you all.

  Better check your food before you leave. They will do nothing to make it right after that. Dry hard butt bread on two so called market fresh sandwiches. Spend that much money on a sandwich you think you could get some fresh bread. Nope, both sandwiches and then they say send an email. No answer, no response nothing.

  staff were nice at this location. food was good. despicable toledo clientele was present at no fault of the store who dealt with them professionally and calmly
