  When my husband got his coffee it felt so light, he opened his cup and it was filled only half way. Mostly foam, we were so excited to try this place. I’ll stick to my Biggby. In the picture you can see where he poked it to see if he could see where the actual coffee even started.

  Kylee (sp?) made my first visit to this location stellar due to her kindness, helpfulness, and professionalism! The drink she recommended to me based on my preferences, The Blondie, was perfect! Thank you for making my experience so wonderfully memorable! I look forward with much delight to subsequent visits! ☕️

  My husband and I were so exited for this place to open down the street from us. What a disappointment!!! First the person who took our order was the least helpful person on the planet. She came up to us and just said “want do you want” and when we said this is our first time here. Normally worker will either give us a menu, recommend drinks or tell us how to look up menu if they don’t have a physical copy of one on hand. SHE DID NOTHING!!!! She look at us with a blank annoyed expression on her face and stood there silently the whole time.We are scrambling in the car to pull up the website to make a quick decision because she made the interaction awkward and almost hostile. My husband asked about a drink he saw online and she was like was it a special drink. He told “I don’t know” again when we first pulled up we stated to her we have never been to a 7 Brew before. When we get up to the person handing the drink I will say she was a 10/10 especially since it was only her 2nd day working. She was super nice and friendly. My interaction with her was wonderful. If I had that experience the first time and then again I would give this place a second change but I order the seasonal Pecan Pie Breve Iced. The coffee it self is good but there was no Pecan flavor to it. All I had basically was Coffee and dairy.I had such high hopes for this place as I know several people who love the location in Perrysburg and I had a family go on Opening day and had the most amazing experience but I will never go to this location if I’m paying so much for a coffee that is not even made correctly and given such customer service as a new customer.

  It came out extremely fast the two times I've been here so far, employees are kind and helpful (as someone who has never been to a 7 brew and had no idea what I wanted), and the coffee is great! The only downside is the unfortunate layout of the drive through which is pretty crazy to navigate when it's busy.

  They got all of our drinks wrong they didn’t care at all. They gave us attitude when we explained our problem and they just grabbed another employee to tell us that we were wrong we asked for large but they were not listening and kept putting the wrong thing down my mom said large but she put down a medium then didn’t even change it my order taste like crap none of our drinks taste weird and we get the same drink every time we go
