  OPENED LATE, SAT IN CARS UNTIL SOMEONE PULLED IN TO DRIVE THROUGH, THEN OPENED DOOR AND SAID 10 TO 15 MINUTED B4 THEY WOULD BE READY TO SERVE. BAD CHOICE IN MORNING. Grumpy review handled well... Thank you...

  Today I got a brown sugar toasted marshmallow 2% milk iced latte. Yesterday was a cinnamon roll with whatever their standard cream is (I’m guessing half and half which is crazy calorie intensive and a distinct flavor I really don’t care for). Both lacked any discernible flavor (besides half and half). They were generic sweet cream coffee flavoured. Additionally they definitely cost more than Starbucks by $1+, whose coffee is anything BUT bland. The service was not bad. The line was pretty fast for the number of people. The checkout people on both days were not very friendly. I went to 7 brew for convenience. I don’t think I’ll be back. It’s not bad, exactly. It’s just not worth the money.

  It was really good back in December, but when I went a couple of times after that, it just wasn’t the same. I’m a big fan of chai tea, so I tried their chai, and it wasn’t very good. I was disappointed, and the service was just okay. Recently, I went there with my mom because I wanted her to try it. I ordered the toasted marshmallow latte, but it tasted like plain coffee. My mom got the same thing, and hers tasted like plain coffee too. We had to add creamer just to give it some flavor. On top of that, we waited in a pretty long line—about 25 minutes. I really wanted to like it, but unfortunately, I won’t be going back.
