  I've given this location multiple chances. After finding plastic in my pasta bread bowl, receiving multiple incorrect orders, and now finding hair in my pizza that isn't even the pizza I ordered; I'm done. You guys can expect a report to the health inspector.

  1st I was told the pizza was delivered when I called, than was told the food was not delivered. Than was told they called my old number.. and the person who answered had the same name as me. Than told they called and said they did not order any pizza. The so called manger could not tell me how to update my number on the app. Charged $34 for pizza that I never received. 😒 was even told they would redeliver the food, than told I need to pick it up. Just horrible customer service.

  Ordered a pizza, wings, and the brownie/cookie for delivery. I called because it had been a while since I placed my order and tracking says it was delivered and I was told it would be to me shortly. More time has gone by and still nothing. So I called again just to be told my order was placed in the mail area of my apartment building on the ground and when I expressed my frustration I was hung up on. Luckily for them they were closed before I made it there with my cold food. Which is on the ground in front of the door. No I don’t want free pizza next time. I want my money back and the dude who hung up on me fired along with whoever the idiot was that delivered my food and put it on the ground. I will be there at opening. Quick Update: I did receive a call from Shannon who is the supervisor and after we spoke and she learned of the situation. She did issue a refund and an apology. I do appreciate her so much. And I may use them again solely because of her. She’s a great asset to the franchise.

  Food is always delicious my problem is it took 1 hour to be delivered would be ok if your website said it would be here at 425. Never got it till 5pm called she said it was out for delivery I ask do you know about what time She said I not know we only have 2 drivers just tell the customers there will be a delay

  Absolutely HORRIBLE service! Disrespectful rude employees. Spent quite a bit for what turned out to be mediocre quality food. Wasn’t even cooked correctly. To top it off after paying over $50 including a large bread order they don’t even provide the marina for the bread. Talk about ripping off your customers. Do not waste your time or money at this location! Honestly the owner and manager should be embarrassed by their staffs poor attitude and laziness. Put the phone down and do your job! 0/10
