They said it had already been made and refused to make it without sauce (literally 120 seconds after I placed the order) and then I asked again at the store and they refused again, and said if I wanted it that way I should’ve put it that way on the app. Learned two lessons, first: don’t go to this location, second: if you are having issues with the app just be cautious of ordering. Edit: customer service gave me a full order refund. I would just advise a different location.
