  I've been coming to this location for almost all of my life and I have unfortunately watched it go way downhill. You can never go through the drive-thru without getting parked anymore, and when you get parked there is a 90% chance you won't get everything you've already paid for and a 100% chance you won't get any sauce for your nuggets. I used to think Scott family McDonald's was the best around but this location has single handedly changed my opinion in recent years.

  Would be nice if, when packing the fries into the happy meal box, they would not just toss them in and upside down.

  Where do we start. First they forget a biscuit, no big deal, we can go back right? We go back for my 80+ year old grandma's biscuit Sit in line Get to speaker explain the situation "You only ordered a side of gravy" What? No one here eats sausage gravy. Gets rude and standoffish with us over it I would highly doubt I would waste my gas or time to rip you off over a dollar biscuit for a old woman. Maybe if your crew wasn't more focused on their phones they'd have some customer service.

  Nothing like waiting in the car for 20 minutes for a drive thru order at breakfast (along with 5-6 other cars) only to go inside and find my order bagged up and sitting on the warmer rack. Total failure of management. Two employees just hanging out around the registers/ordering counter.
