  Stopped by a little before 10. They had just mopped floors and told us to watch out they were slick. I had a knee replacement 2 months ago. The lady behind the counter came out and helped me out the door. She was so kind!!

  It was good food. Better than many other fast food places. Their $7.99 box is a good deal in these times of rising prices.

  Drove into town today (1/24/26) to get takeout and return home (20 minutes each way) to enjoy. You would think, since the days of Covid in 2020 & 2021 shifting to more people utilizing takeout versus eating in, that restaurants would understand the importance of the take out experience. I made my order simple by ordering 4 Meat x 3 meal boxes, which includes beverages. Received the drinks in a carrier, no problem, that is a necessity for safely getting them back home. Then they started handing me each individual meal boxes. I inquired if I could have them placed in a large bag or two so they don’t bounce around the vehicle on my return trip. I was told they don’t have bags. I was in disbelief, even Taco Bell has large bags that can accommodate their box meals so if the lids pop open you aren’t losing food if you have to stop quickly. About halfway back home it hit me that I wasn’t asked if we needed any sauces for our sandwiches (all 4 meals had roast beef sandwiches). All I could do was hope that it was standard practice to put one packet of Horsy and Arbyque sauce in the box. I finally arrived back home, taking a little longer than normal because I had to make sure no sudden stops occurred to ensure my food boxes remained on the seat without spilling. Getting the food into the house took multiple trips to carry the individual meal boxes and the drink carrier. Finally, I got everything inside only to be greatly disappointed again when I discovered there were no sauce packets included. Without the sauce our sandwiches were very dry, needless to say my dog had a great meal of roast beef that night. No, I did not have any condiments at home that would complement the sandwiches. I don’t think it is too much to ask restaurants to consider the consumer and the takeout experience. Will be staying away from this Arby’s for a while since I cannot feel confident that I can get my order home without incident or with condiments.

  Ordered beef cheddar and potato cakes. The beef cheddar had so little meat mostly cheese and bread nasty. The potato cake must have been sitting on warmer all day they were discolored and hard very nasty not fresh. I paid $28. For my husband and my meal and did not get money worth so dissatisfied.
