  They have the kind of staff!I’ve always loved Pizza Hut, my whole family has, and we used to enjoy going there and doing a salad bar and getting pizza. With life getting so busy we don’t get out as often to eat in the store, but they always fulfill our pizza orders quickly and well. On those RARE occasions where there’s an issue with the pizza or the order, They have never been rude or condescending (Like some places have been) and have always made it right! I fully support this business! And let’s be real, the make the BEST BREADSTICKS AND SAUCE!

  Sat down at 5pm. Only one other couple in the restaurant. Server greeted us at 5:05. Took our drink order and we placed an order for a medium pan pepperoni with half bacon at the same time. At 5:40 server came back and said she forgot to put our order in. She asked if we still wanted our food. She said it would only take 8-10 minutes to get our pizza out. She said we would get a 10% discount. We agreed if it was only going to be 10 minutes. Waited another 20 minutes and still no food. We walked out. This has been multiple times in the last few months with bad service. Multiple tables still had dirty plates and leftovers laying around. We love their pizza but will not be dinning in anymore.

  We had Ashly for a server and she was polite, but didn't write our order down and got 3 of 5 items wrong, I got pop I asked for, but husband did not, he got diet and wanted regular, our pizza had wrong items on it, they took it back and remade, bread sticks came with cheese, we ordered plain, my cheesey garlic bread was right, we didn't get correctly made bread sticks until we had eaten our pizza and were getting ready to leave, we had to ask for straws, had to ask for napkins, had to ask for pizza plates, never got any silverware, never got our bill. Went to register and possibly a manager had to hunt for our order, she gave us a discount because we were so unhappy with service of our server. We know that the other table didn't tip and they warned us the service was crappy, we gave her a chance but she failed miserably. The carry out boy that was there brought our made right bread sticks and an extra box and he was really kind. Ashly never came back to our table after having to take the pizza back, she just ignored us. The lady who checked us out was very nice also. The food also was good.

  Ordered pizza bundle on app. App indicated food would be ready for pickup in 15 minutes. When I arrived, I was told my order would be ready in 10 more minutes because they were short staffed. They tried to make it right by providing additional free sauces for my wait. Thanks! App should reflect "real time" food prepared, not optimal!
