They need too get some workers there that actually work. They take 30 minutes too get a small order done when not even busy and the workers cuss and joke around with each other instead of work in front of customers and kids.

Every single time we visit, our orders are wrong…and our visits are spaced out. When the Minecraft movie came out we took a group of kiddos and ordered six Happy Meals on the way. They only brought us five. We had to go back. We were missing items for the adults. Had to go back. Our next visit we ordered two triple cheeseburgers plain- they had onions. We had to go back. This last visit once again burgers were ordered plain but received onions. We had to go back and reorder…yet the order was wrong AGAIN. They have no sense of urgency and do not even seem phased when they mess up an order. They do not offer apologies or food items to make up for the time wasted trying to direct workers to make a correct order.
Save time and a headache and eat literally anywhere else. This isn’t just bad service this is poor management.

Terrible. Floors are slippery. Food took forever. People behind the counter look greasy and dirty. My female friend said she saw the counter chick digging at her eyeballs in the bathroom. Food was hitting tho. Hopefully I don't catch whatever they have....

I order a quarter pounder with cheese, the bread on the bottom was soggy, and the first bite into the burger. It was all pink, this absolute ridiculous. I will never be coming here again. Went in to get it remade and they didn’t want to remake it and said “the red is within standards” when the burger was 100% pink and gave attitude with the comment. Every time within the last 2 months they have given attitude and been reluctant to fix the problems from cold coffee, the coffee being the completely wrong one to missing items. What ever happened to the customer is always right?

Honestly after tonight's phone call with whoever had answered when asked about my door dash order. I wouldn't even give 1 star if their was an option extremely rude tried saying it wasn't showing on their screen the dasher showed them my order and was ignored himself she kept ignoring him when asked about it. When I asked to please make sure it is fresh she said she would "try" I asked what she meant by that and she said she would do her "best" and rudely hung up. 😡 uncalled for and unprofessional if you don't like your job get a new one 🤷🏼♀️ I have kids and don't want old food I'm also pregnant
