  You can always tell when you pull in if you're gonna get service or good service. It's to the point where if I don't see certain people there I refuse to go. Well made the mistake and went anyway, ordered a large energy and first they were out of strawberry, then no peppermint (that wasn't the real problem) I was then handed a drink. When I questioned about how it seemed like a medium the person looked me dead in the face and said no that's a large. I paid $9 for a large. So when I got home I compared it to a large cup I have repurposed in my home and it was FOR SURE A MEDIUM. The amount of disrespect.

  The whole point of 7Brew and their outrageously priced drinks is for the FAST service. this place over the past week or two has significantly slowed down. Expect to wait about 15 minutes for an order no matter the time of day. I don’t know if they hired a bunch of new kids or what but if you’re expecting to get your usual quick caffeine fix when rushing the kids around in the morning or afternoon, this place is no longer it. And always order light ice. Otherwise the cup is filled with ice before splashed with your drink order.

  Went through around 930-945 am on 2/7 - the line was long - extending into the mall parking lot. Still, it took only a few minutes for someone to approach my car and take my order, and a few more to get my drinks. I was there for a total of maybe 10 minutes. For as busy as they were they were moving quickly and efficiently, and all smiling and friendly. I wish I could remember who took my order, and who gave me my drinks - both were very pleasant and kind.

  I am an avid 7 brew customer and go 4-5x a week. I am not sure what has happened within the last week, whether that be a change in staffing. But I am waiting 30-40 minutes at 6am to even have my order taken. There are not enough workers and the ones that are there are being overworked! Waiting that long is completely unrealistic for someone who wants quick coffee before work.

  Ashleigh seriously made my day with the best house blend I’ve ever had. I’ve tried a lot of coffee from different places, and this one stood out right away. It was smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced with no bitter aftertaste. You can tell she actually cares about what she’s serving and about the people she’s serving it to. Ashleigh was friendly, welcoming, and took the time to make sure everything was just right, which made the whole experience even better. Great coffee is already hard to find, but great service on top of it makes it unforgettable. If you come here, do yourself a favor and ask for Ashleigh. I’ll definitely be coming back again just for that house blend.
