  If I could give this restaurant and staff a 0 star I would! Especially the bartender Hailey. She’s so rude and have a cocky attitude. I don’t care if you’re pregnant. You don’t give attitude towards the customers. Corporate will be contacted as well with couple other issues. Especially with servers talking shit about customers in those server stands. Calling us Karen’s and what not. Complaining about the amount of tip is given is ridiculous. If you don’t like the amount find a new job or better yet have the owners of this place pay you more? Ever thought of that? Also why is everyone on their phones in there? Especially at the host stand when we come in and out. They all just standing around taking pictures and videos of each other.

  We’ve never had a bad experience here at the Tiffin location. Food has always came out hot and delicious. Staff is always helpful. Our server was Brooke tonight. She was kind, courteous and bubbly. She was amazing. We will be back again soon.

  Kendall made sure my carry-out was 100% correct to what I wanted. The online app wouldn't let me get the same sauce on 10 wings, with 2 different sauces on the other 10. Kendall asked me to order with the app, then adapted this to customize my order. Fast, friendly service. The world needs more people like Kendall, who are willing to go the extra mile. THANKS KENDALL, YOU ROCK!

  Great food. But charges for a meal we didn't order or receive. When I called and asked for a manager (on Saturday) she said I would have to wait until Monday to maybe get it resolved. I live 2 hours away. This didn't make me a very satisfied customer. Why couldn't I get a refund when I called? If you eat here make sure you check your bill before paying.

  Food was decent however the "unlimited appetizer" no so great. Orderd apps and dinner at the same time. It took 30-40 minutes to get cheese sticks and pickles. Food came 10 min later and we ordered second round of appetizers at that time as we figured it would take forever for round 2... and we were correct. Took another 25min for chips w/ cheese dip and onion rings. Kids were bummed because they really wanted more cheese sticks because cheese dip "was spicy" and "onion rings are nasty" to them. But at this point we had to get going as we had other places to be. Didnt have another 25min to wait...
