    Closes breakfast early and rarely ever gives straws with orders. Never substitutes happy meal orders (apples for fries). Only get partial refunds when ordering on the app when their items arent availbale

    I had to post the day that I enjoyed a McDonald's burger. I have only very occasionally visited any McDonald's over the last decade or so, and my memories of the burgers, and the taste I experienced, had been so disappointing. On this fateful day I was having my occasional hankering for the taste of a Big Mac. I instead ordered a quarter pounder done "Mac" style. I took it out to my car and ate it. I came back in to thank them. My first excellent McDonald's burger in over a decade, maybe decades. Not sure what has changed, but I have hope again for this "always busy" brand that I have been disconnected from for years....
