  Larry, a manger, was unable to conduct himself in an adult professional manner when I attempted to return a wrong order. Limited self control and low tolerance for communicating with others.

  They child that took orders and worked the window was absolutely rude! No hospitality. Shut the window before I could tell him our pop needed switch because the syrup ran out on the soda machine. Asked for mild sauce handed me 2 packets for 3 of us. We had just came from a glacoma specialist for our 15 year old daughter. Wasn't the best day to say the least, she just wanted that after a 3 hour appointment. Then deal with this type of behavior? Little boy you have a long life ahead with that mind set.

  The one that helped me at taking my order and then giving me my food at the window was very nice very sweet her manager honestly I don’t know how they made him a manager. He was extremely disrespectful. His customer service was garbage. I honestly recommend terminating him. I will be calling the Customer Care Monday morning when they open. The fact that she looked embarrassed when I brought it up and apologized for him as if that was her job to apologize for him absolutely disgusting

  typical taco bell/fast food experience as far as service/atmosphere, maybe even better. but the food quality here has tanked in recent years, and exponentially so in the past few months. just drive to the brimfield one, you'll be much happier for it.

  Average Taco Bell, Average service you'd expect at TB. Food is as expected, cant complain about that. :)
