Food isn't the issue, always hits the spot.
However, the gentleman taking the order in the drive through clearly must be unhappy with his own life choices and chooses to take it out on the customers. He was very rude when asked questions about a Meal Deal on the site, and he stated they discontinued it multiple weeks ago and he didn't control the site, and wouldn't honor the price.
Then when I said I would still like to make a order at normal price, he was very put out, and seemed like it was inconvenience that I was placing an order. Someone like that shouldn't be on the front line for the company working with the customers, it really doesn't represent the company values very well. He might be more suited with dishes.
I do wanna say the young lady whom gave me the food was very pleasant.
This is the second time I’ve ordered online and I was waiting in either no line or 1 car in front of me for over 10 minutes for 1 combo. I ordered online to be fast both times also, and the most recent time they also forgot my chips I paid for after I waited 10 minutes and had to hop back in the drive thru line and wait.. again for another 10 minutes. 20-25 minutes waiting in no line for 1 combo ordered in advance.
Not very nice and food was just ok

Ordered at 12:10 PM for lunch and didn’t even get a “out for delivery” notification until 12:52 PM — over 40 minutes just to leave the store. Jimmy John’s prides itself on being freaky fast, but this was anything but. No updates, no communication, and by the time it arrived, lunch was basically over. If I wanted to wait nearly an hour, I would’ve gone with another restaurant. Super disappointing experience from a brand that’s supposed to be known for speed. Won’t be ordering from this location again unless something changes.

Jimmy John’s proudly advertises “freaky fast,” but apparently accuracy was optional today. It’s honestly impressive how confidently wrong this order was. Not even close. If this was a test to see how badly a sandwich could be assembled while still technically being food, congratulations — you passed.
I would explain what was wrong, but at this point it feels like that would require retraining from the ground up. Maybe slow it down just a little and read the ticket next time.
