Coffee not made as requested and good luck getting it fixed after they mess it up. The line moves slow as molasses while the manager named Melissa is rude and unhelpful rather than trying to assist. Poor customer service, stale donuts and bad coffee. No thanks! 👎

The service it good, I did a mobile order and I didn't have to wait too terribly long. I definitely recommend! Get the peppermint mocha signature latte at Christmas time, you won't be disappointed!
