I have been to SEVERAL Dunkin (refresher cravings) and this is by far the best. It's rare to find staff that work like they do at this location! My drink the same perfect way every time too!

He constantly gets my order wrong and can never answer questions correctly. He probably is a very nice man and probably a hard worker but it would be extremely helpful if they keep him off the intercom and allow others to take orders. I didn’t go to the location for a long time almost a year because of how frustrating it is. But it is the closest coffee place to my house and I happen to like Dunkin. I guess the solution for me is placing a mobile order which can be difficult to stop and do as my mornings are super busy.
