  Your new AI girl at the drive threw screwed up my order and I had to drive 4 miles back to get the order corrected for my family. You need to have someone at the window go over the order to ensure it is correct. NOT GOOD

  AWEFUL, AWEFUL Dave's double. So dry it was crunchy. Felt and tasted like eating 2 pieces of leather. 4 stages BEYOND being "chili meat." I ordered no tomato or mustard, extra onion and ketchup. What i got was, NO lettuce, NO pickle, very few onions, and almost no ketchup. EXTREMELY slow drive up time. This was THE worst burger I have ever been served at a hamburger place. I would have rather eaten a burger at a catered event with a dish full of burgers that had been cooked 2 hours before. AWEFUL. If I were Wendy's I would be ASHAMED to serve something like that, crunchy burger. I was already back on the Interstate when I opened it, or I would have gone back.

  I visited this location at about 8:30 last night. I got a Dave's Double. I used to think Wendy's was the best, of the main stream chain burgers out there. The best word i can use to describe the one I got was AWEFUL. Ever molecule of moisture was cooked out of this burger. It was 4 stages beyond, "chili meat." Dry beyond belief. It felt and tasted like i was chewing a piece of fried leather. Crunchy exterior on both burgers. Almost a black color to them. I was already back on the highway when I opened it, or I would have returned. They have an automated ordering system when you drive up. I ordered, no tomato or mustard, extra onions and ketchup. I got; NO lettuce, very few onions, very little ketchup, NO pickles. This left a real bad taste in my mouth for Wendy's. I pass this one all the time. First time I have stopped. I will not make the same mistake again. Additionally, it took 15 min for, 4 cars to go thru the line. If this is what Wendy's food has become, I will not go back to any of them.
