  We ordered 3 pick two's (soup/salad and two soup/1/2 sandwichs) that cost $45. Generally, the food quality is high but this visit I found plastic in my autumn squash soup that turned my stomach. Yuck!

  Stopped by about 8 at night to get a few Chai and sweets. Hard to tell it was open but tried the door and got in. Friendly service, a little slow considering we were the only ones there. Would stop again.

  The food and service were both okay,standard fare of Panera’s. The biggest issue here is the upkeep. They need to clean this place,It looks like no one cares about it.No one was wiping the tables nor were the floors clean. The bathrooms are almost gross.Almost. The sink area is filthy like it’s not been cleaned in a long time.The toilets are borderline dirty too. As a food establishment they need to do a better job keeping them clean. The staff were unfriendly to boot.

  This is the part i need to tell 1st. I told mgr. About below. She was not concerned had no solution. Was condescending telling me there is no pa system and no table service as my food sits waiting to be pu while 4 employees standing around laughing chatting. Staff doesn't tell you to wait for food. 1st time in with 5 people. Ordered and waited. 15 minutes later employee comes and says our name. Tells us our food has been sitting waiting for us. Cold soup. 2 more people ordered while we ate. Watch 15 minutes then I told them their food might be up there. Sure enough it was. Cold soup on a cold day. Not good.

  They can make regular menu items fine, however they can’t read customized orders. Also, their cafe hot water for tea is ice cold.
